Michelle Sacksteder, Intern
- Round Rock
I am driven by a commitment to support individuals on their journey of self-discovery and emotional well-being. It is my desire for exploration and a deep connectedness to my community that led to me becoming a counselor.

Engaging in therapy takes courage and dedication. I feel honored to walk alongside those who have chosen to take this journey. I am passionate about creating an affirming space for you to be your own inner healer. My role is to hold a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where all parts of you can feel completely comfortable exploring the depths of your own being.

I don’t believe the purpose of therapy is to learn how to live with the trauma, stress and chronic dysregulation, as most of us have already spent a great deal of time and energy figuring out how to do that. I believe therapy should support the mind-body connection in removing any blockages that are preventing the joy, love, peace, and rest from being experienced.
