Lindsey Heselbarth, LPC-S
- Hutto and Round Rock

My passion and experience for helping others create a warm, trusting atmosphere where clients can share their stories and process their feelings. Each person is the expert on their own life, and so, together, we develop healthy strategies that will lead to emotional health, greater self-esteem, and improved relationships. My work is guided by the belief that all people have inherent value and can experience positive change.

I excel at helping teens through young adults work through challenges including, but not limited to, mood disorders, behavioral problems, depression, anger, anxiety, stress, trauma, and adjustment to life changes.

I use a variety of methods in my therapeutic practice based on my clients' goals, with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.
