At Better Health Counseling our mission is to make the world a better place through helping people live happy and successful lives. We provide the mental health services our clients need by employing an outstanding team of counselors and supporting them in a way that allows their focus to remain solely on providing an exceptional quality of care.

 

We are actively seeking passionate counselors to fill full-time positions. We offer a great work environment and industry leading compensation. Applicants must be licensed (e.g., LPC, LCSW, etc.) to practice in Texas without supervision, and have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

The position requires a minimum of three days a week at our offices in Hutto and/or Round Rock.

Staff Meeting

What you do:

  • Meet with Clients: Conduct intake sessions, diagnosis, treatment planning, and risk assessment

  • Maintain Records: Produce required client documentation and electronic records in a timely manner

  • Provide Quality Care: Maintain a professional and consistent standard of care to all clients

 

What we provide:

  • Excellent Compensation: average $90-$125k+ per year

  • Marketing: we market the practice and our employees (full caseloads typically obtained within 30 days)

  • W2 employment: get paid twice a month without the need to manage taxes required with 1099 employment
