DO YOU TAKE MY INSURANCE?
We accept most major insurances, including but not limited to Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, UMR, Optum, Oxford, Oscar Health, and Ascension.
In some cases you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance company. Please contact them for specifics.
WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
Our rates for licensed therapists range from $120 to $150 per session, while the rates for associate therapists range from $80 to $100 per session.
If you are concerned about the cost of therapy, talk with us. All of our therapists make room in their schedules for clients who need reduced rates.
Required Disclosures
Requesting Your Health Care Records
To request a copy of your health care records, please submit a written request to your clinician. Your request may be sent by email or mail. If you need assistance with the process, your clinician will provide guidance and support. Records are provided in accordance with Texas law and professional standards.

Filing a Consumer Complaint with the Office of the Attorney General
Consumers may file a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division by visiting their website.
Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of non-emergency health care items and services, including mental health therapy, if you are uninsured or not using insurance. This estimate explains how much your care may cost in advance. You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services or within the required timeframe once services are scheduled. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill under federal law.
