I’m here to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can be truly heard. I care deeply about helping people work through trauma, improve relationships, strengthen self-esteem, and build confidence. My goal is to help you grow at your own pace and give you the tools to navigate life with more ease and independence.
I take a collaborative and flexible approach, often using CBT and person-centered techniques while also drawing from other methods as needed to fit your unique needs. I believe therapy is a partnership. We’ll explore challenges together, focus on your strengths, and find helpful strategies so you feel more confident and resilient.
In our sessions we will examine why we think, feel, and act the way we do, as understanding that is often needed to make real changes. You’ll leave with more self-awareness, a better sense of your patterns, and practical strategies to respond differently in the future. The goal is to handle challenges in ways that work for you.
