I know that reaching out for support is rarely something people do when life is going smoothly. Most of the people I work with are carrying more than anyone realizes, whether that be stress, grief, relationship struggles, difficult memories, overwhelming responsibilities, or a growing sense that something in their life is no longer working. Clients often tell me they appreciate having a place where they can speak honestly without feeling judged, rushed, or pressured to have everything figured out. I believe difficult emotions deserve attention rather than avoidance, and that understanding ourselves more clearly allows us to respond differently to the situations we face.
My approach is straightforward, thoughtful, and compassionate. I take time to understand not only what is happening in your life right now, but also the experiences and patterns that have shaped how you respond to challenges. Together, we look at what is getting in the way and identify practical ways to move toward the life you want to build. I approach each person with curiosity, respect, and the belief that lasting growth happens when we are willing to examine what has been weighing on us.
My goal is for our work together to help you feel supported in what you're carrying, more confident in your decisions, and more capable of handling whatever comes next. Therapy isn't about becoming someone different, it's about understanding yourself more fully and creating a life that feels more aligned with who you are.
