I truly believe that there is nothing that cannot be accomplished if one is willing to put in the work. In support of this endeavor I provide an affirming, non-judgmental, safe and supportive space in which you feel heard and understood so that we can work together to achieve your goals.

Understanding that each person is different I work to develop a collaborative and empathetic relationship in which to tailor my therapeutic approach based on my client’s needs and therapeutic goals. I want my clients to feel empowered to achieve their goals and feel supported while doing so.
