Cassy French, LCSW
- Georgetown
I provide a compassionate and judgment-free environment where all aspects of your being are welcome, one where we can work together to identify and address the underlying causes of your struggles within a safe and therapeutic relationship. My goal is to assist you in finding healing and cultivating confidence in your own voice. I value authenticity, humor, and compassion in the therapy room, as I believe genuine connection is essential for healing.
I adopt a collaborative approach with my clients to identify treatment goals that align most effectively with their needs. While custom tailored to each client, this often incorporates a trauma-informed approach, utilizing somatic skills, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy and an attachment-based framework.
Clients can expect to feel heard and supported during their most vulnerable moments, within a safe space for processing their emotions. My aspiration is that each session will contribute to gaining clarity, self-compassion, and confidence in navigating life’s many challenges.
