Kiley Wilbert, LPC
I want my clients to succeed and progress in the areas that feel important to them, and consider it a privilege to support others as they work through some of their most vulnerable experiences. I work to empower people in areas they feel can contribute to change, while also building skills to support them in navigating the areas of life that feel most challenging or disruptive.

While tailored to each client, my approach is most commonly rooted in trauma-informed and attachment-based theories. The use of DBT, EMDR and Mindfulness to address skills for regulating the nervous system combined with other techniques such as Motivational Interviewing help support clients in gaining a better understanding of personal values, goals, motivations and experiences.

I seek to support clients in achieving goals that align with their values and hope they walk away from our time together with a greater clarity and understanding of themselves and their circumstances, and with skills necessary to effectively navigate life’s many challenges.
