Korina Aldama, LCSW
- Round Rock
I approach therapy from a holistic perspective and believe in the power to address the whole person- psychologically, physiologically, spiritually, and emotionally. I believe that my role as a therapist is to foster a safe and trusting space for my clients while acting as a guide to help uncover underlying needs and then support and empower through skill building and the processing of impactful experiences.

I believe that deep down we all want to experience fulfillment, joy, love, and connection. I approach therapy with this belief, and therefore I utilize a person-centered style to provide the best opportunity for goals to be accomplished.

My clients can expect to gain skills and a deeper understanding of how to navigate life's obstacles to feel confident in their ability to lead fulfilling lives. It is my job as a therapist to create opportunities for growth, and therefore my clients should expect to be challenged in ways that will allow for ongoing learning.
