I work with individuals, families and couples struggling with issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorders, Trauma, grief, loss or life transitions, marital issues, PTSD, ADHD, disruptive behavioral disorders, and addiction issues. I strive to help clients realize positive strengths in their life, in their relationships and home environments. I am here to help you overcome personal issues, family issues and life challenges. I believe therapy is an opportunity to reflect and grow.

My hope is to help you deal with your emotions in a positive manner, leading to a meaningful and rewarding life where you could see yourself more completely; and inspire yourself to be best you. I will work with you in a compassionate, non-judgmental, and psychologically mindful space, where you will freely develop the tools you need for a healthy life.
