I am incredibly passionate about my role as a counselor. I look forward to meeting you where you are at and supporting you in moving towards whatever you think should be next. As an individual I find incredible value in trust and authenticity in my own life and carry that value into meeting with my clients. My experience working in community mental health settings has offered me the opportunity to work with a diverse population of clients and caters to my open and exploratory mindset with each client.

I take a holistic approach to therapy. You can expect me to want to learn about your day-to-day life, habits, relationships, physical health and hobbies amongst other general information to create a bigger picture of what is going on beyond the struggles you may arrive with. I believe you are the expert in your own life and I am here to learn from you in order to help you set and achieve measurable goals. We will then work together to find solutions that best fit your specific needs and desires.

My clients can expect to do meaningful work that won't always be easy, but will be worth it. I believe in the use of homework assignments in order to carry the work from our session into the week ahead. I hope to help you build sustainable habits, tools and strategies that are transferrable to your everyday life.
