Rhodesia DeShazer, Graduate Intern
- Hutto
I approach therapy with a deep belief in using the power of story to foster healing, growth, and self-understanding. I help clients explore the experiences that have shaped them and support them in rewriting the narratives that no longer serve them.

Creativity and collaboration guide my clinical work. I enjoy using metaphors, visual tools, and experiential interventions to make therapy both accessible and impactful. I tailor each approach to the client’s personality, strengths, and goals, creating a space where healing feels both personal and empowering.

Before pursuing mental health, I spent several years teaching middle and high school students from at-risk communities. That background sharpened my ability to build rapport, facilitate group dynamics, and foster growth through connection. I bring the same curiosity, compassion, and creativity to the therapy room.
