I believe some of the most meaningful growth in life happens when we feel safe enough to be truly known and courageous enough to be honest. As a relational, trauma-informed therapist, I am passionate about helping people heal through connection and believe that authentic relationships can create the foundation for lasting change.
Drawing from attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology, I help clients explore the patterns, emotions, relationships, and experiences that have shaped their lives. I believe that understanding ourselves and the ways we relate to others is an important part of the healing process. By bringing curiosity and compassion to these experiences, we can begin to make sense of old patterns, develop greater self-awareness, and create new possibilities for growth.
In working with me, you can expect a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. I strive to build a genuine therapeutic relationship where you can show up as you are, explore difficult experiences at your own pace, and feel supported as you navigate the healing process. Together, we will work toward a deeper understanding of yourself and healthier ways of relating to yourself and others, creating space for meaningful and lasting change.
