Katherine Miller, LCSW
I bring more than a decade of experience working with individuals, families, and groups from diverse backgrounds. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, whole-person approach, with a strong belief that the therapeutic relationship is a key foundation for meaningful and lasting change.
My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on individual needs and places a priority on addressing the root of problems, rather than just “coping” with symptoms. I draw from a broad clinical skill set and am committed to meeting you where you are, tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals. I am certified in EMDR therapy and trained in Brainspotting as well as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
Clients will gain deeper insight into their struggles and patterns, as well as a better understanding of the core issues driving them while feeling genuinely seen, safe, and understood. Clients should expect to walk away from sessions with hope, empowerment, and an ability to create real, lasting change in their lives.
