I have a passion for people and doing my part in helping those struggling to be the best version of themselves. Having dedicated more than twenty years to doing so, I truly believe that there is nothing that cannot be accomplished if one is willing to put in the work. In support of this endeavor I provide an affirming, non-judgmental, safe and supportive space in which you feel heard and understood so that we can work together to achieve your goals.

My style is client-centered, strengths-based and solution focused. My approach centers around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy, however I also utilize a variety of other modalities as appropriate to best meet the specific needs of each person I meet with.

My clients can expect to be accepted for who they are, to be heard, to be challenged, and hopefully to be inspired to identify and use their strengths to find the best possible way to navigate their circumstances. They will be supported as they work towards managing or alleviating the issues that are keeping them from living the life they want to live.
