I won’t tell you who you should be or what you should do with your life, instead I will provide you with a supportive and safe space to explore what you believe to be the best version of you so that our work can then focus on what is needed to help you achieve your unique and specific goals.

My approach is tailored to meet the needs of each person I work with. Often rooted in the modalities of Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and sometimes Play Therapy, our sessions will be engaging and focused on developing the tools and techniques you need to achieve your goals such that you can live your best life.
